Competitors

Shtraukh's racerunner Eremias strauchi (Lacertidae)is the most active and common competitor for P. persicus.

Competition by other commonly sintopic lizard - Pleske's racerunner (Eremias pleskei) looks less intensive. Other insectivorous animals like some predator arthropods and passerine birds can also be competitors for P. persicus. There is not more information available yet.
