CONSERVATION PROGRAM FOR PERSIAN TOAD HEADED LIZARD

Competitors Shtraukh's racerunner Eremias strauchi (Lacertidae)is the most active and common competitor for P. persicus.
Competition by other commonly sintopic lizard - Pleske's racerunner (Eremias pleskei) looks less intensive. Other insectivorous animals like some predator arthropods and passerine birds can also be competitors for P. persicus. There is not more information available yet. Remarks:
